Currently working on a new desktop app for building a multi-page site and/or blog. Once finished I'll most likely be moving the front end of my site back here to Neocities, and just using my PHP hosting for stuff like comments. I've started a "WebDev Demos" section on my site, which you may find useful. It's a section for HTML/CSS/JS demos, ideas and widgets - hopefully useful stuff you can use on your own site! Just the two recent ones at the moment, but I already have the next one in the works and plan to add to it over time. On YouTube embeds, the overlay can get in the way of "important" visual elements. This JS uses your own thumb, and as a bonus is responsive+more privacy-friendly - doesn't create the iframe unless visitor clicks! This is a test of my in-development iframe comment system. Not a bad start! Couple more days work and I should be rolling out comments on my site. Since it uses iframes, I'll be adding them to my old site here on NC as well :D! I am also looking into releasing this as something others could use. However you'll need a PHP host (and I'll be recommending free and paid options).
