Flies are one of the most important scavengers and they're annoying, but I love them for being scary and annoying, but I don't want them in my food

Lovely article👍Possums are great. There are two that live under me, Waddles and his wife Skitters. They grin by my window around dusk. Kitten likes to watch them too.

Man I love amethyst deciever shroom. Ate so many fried as a kid, very tasty and my favorite back then, nowadays we've become too aware of the heavy metal content for it to be classified as "edible". My personal Garfield lead mug.

it hails so rarely where I live, I've never seen one even close to that size, it must be kinda scary when they come down

Somehow I lived in a hail-prone area for 3 years and never got to see any. Hope I never do!

Last year in November we got what we thought was snow (in the Phoenix, AZ area) but was actually *graupel*, also called *soft hail* or *snow pellets.* Happens when wind circulation in a cloud makes a snowflake gather supercooled water droplets.

we also had hail last night!! (although none of the pieces were that big thankfully). also in the case that your area is also tornado-prone, stay safe!! hail and tornados really like to stick together :(
