i forgot to make a blogpost but good news, i've been feeling normalish again and not as controlled by fits of persecutory delusions. personally i dont believe im schizophrenic, although my therapist has been trying to expand on my ideas/beliefs. good days good days ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )
