Fixed some JS stuff with the main page not loading the comics properly

Major renovations starting on the website, featuring a new landing page, a new homepage layout, and a new site button! Clear your brower's cache if anything looks broken (ctrl+f5).

Gonna have to fix something with the landing page preview. Might also have to mess with scaling stuff for differently sized displays (things are zoomed in on smaller screens).

Fixed the landing page preview thing, which was also an issue with how the site appeared on Chromium browsers in general. Also fixed a different Chromium-based cosmetic issue that would force scrollbars to appear in places I didn't want (discrepency with whether scrollbars appear with overflow settings).

Firefox-based browsers don't force scrollbars to appear when overflow is set to scroll unlike Chromium.
