your about page is SUPER cool btw. i am just wondering because i'd want to code a similar thing on my graphics page :P
for that specific part i literally just copied this https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_tabs.asp, but i would recommend iframes for something like what im assuming ur tryna make. heres a tutorial for iframes https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_iframe.asp but if u have any other questions feel free to ask!
