I tried adding your little banner thingy on my site (https://arakiah.neocities.org/Theneighborhood) to link to your site, but its not working for me, I'm mostly using HMTL right now, do I need something else like CSS or JS to get it too work? Thanks

Or should I try downloading your gif/banner to upload it on my site and use it as a link to yours that way?
also, i want to specify that my current banner thing is just a placeholder for now until i make a dif one i like
I think it is best to download my gif and link it that way because sometimes I change my folders which makes the image corrupt.
