UGH i was going to join an OC webring until i was reading the info and they allow ai for the character art :/ idk wouldn't it be just easier to use picrew? or draw a stick figure?

For HTML/CSS tutorials I recommend W3 schools! I used petrapixels templates to start my webpage and adjust as i learned more css and html! good luck with your website!!
